NEW ENGLAND TO HOST NABCs in Boston!
The wonderful news for all of us in District 25 is that the much-anticipated 2008 Fall NABC will take place right in our own back yard at Copley Place (Westin/Marriott) in BOSTON beginning November 20, 2008. Thousands of players from all over the country - and the world - will be traveling to our great city for eleven exciting days of bridge -- and so much more!
It promises to be a nonstop whirlwind of special events for players in all categories, with lectures and appearances by world-renowned celebrities, great entertainment, parties, sports and theatre tours and, of course, our own brand of New England hospitality and the delicious foods for which we are famous.
It won't happen without a lot of planning and help -- and that’s where YOU come in. We need your help if it's going to be the fantastic success we're aiming for. Do you have a special expertise in marketing and publicity? Do you have connections with the business world, the arts, sports, or tourism industries that we can tap into? Do you have some great ideas that, perhaps, have never been tried before at other Nationals you've attended?
We want to know about it -- and to know about YOU and what will make this the most memorable NABC you've ever attended.
